Additionally, the main problem with giving more people mod commands is just that I'd like to avoid a chat where most people are mods. I really think that there should be enough moderators as-is, I think the real problem is just that it shouldn't be the case that leaving the runner alone for an hour can lead to this, so hopefully that is resolved with this addition.
