I have found and downloaded this character from MUGENARCHIVE and also from this source
https://ux.getuploader.com/hato/ which is linked from the Mugen FFA and MFG release threads. However, both versions I downloaded are the same and don't seem to have any AI at all. The char mostly just sits still and does nothing. Was hoping to get the version that is on here.
